You will know the number before you commit
The survey costs nothing and obliges you to nothing. Our engineer measures the shaft, pit, headroom and power supply, and within one working day you get a written quote with the civil work, the electrical load and the lead time on it. Nothing appears later that was not on that page.

The people who install it are the people who service it
We do not subcontract installation. The crew who commissions your lift is the crew you will see at the annual service, and the number you call at 2am reaches our own team in Bharuch — not a call centre that logs a ticket.

A lift is a twenty-year relationship, not a purchase
Most of what an elevator costs, it costs after the invoice is paid. So we quote spares at list price, tell you which parts wear and when, and put response times in the AMC in writing. Ask any elevator company for that in writing before you sign.
